I always love when I start off the new year photographing sweet babies.  It makes me hopeful that the year is going to be awesome.  My first newbie of the year was a dream.  She is a tiny peanut only weighing around 6 pounds.  She was born about 3.5 weeks early and was still so curly and sweet.  She barely made a peep the entire time.  Just enough to have a quick feeding and go right back to sleep.

It is such an honor to be chosen to capture these sweet memories for families but even more sweet when they request to incorporate heirlooms that have such great meaning.  This beautiful necklace bares the monogram of her great-grandmother.  I love that we could use the necklace in a few images.  This beautiful little one shares a name with her great-grandmother so these are perfect.  Below are some of my absolute favorites from this session. I know this mama is anxious to see these!
