I love being a Northern Virginia newborn photographer. From birth, each one has a distinct personality that shines through. Some newborns are strong willed. Some newborns are easy going. When I started my photography journey, I knew immediately where I wanted to focus. I wanted to captured their toes, eye lashes, and sweet lips. They are so curly and squishy. They smile when they sleep. Each one so unique and moves so much that you can’t ever take the same photo twice. 99% of my sessions are shot in my studio which allows me to control all the elements including temperature and lighting. These things help with posing and the comfort of the newborn.
With each session I strive to make each family’s experience unique to capture what they want while making the process simple. From the moment of inquiry, each family knows exactly what to expect from their session. All sessions are all-inclusive, which I have found makes my clients feel at ease. Each session lasts until it is fully finished, no matter the time. All sessions are booked through my online portal and all documents can easily be accessed over and over.
I strive to treat each family as they are my own and give them exactly that I would expect and hope for in my own session. I love what I do and I hope that shines through. Below are a few favorite images from recent sessions.
