NOVA Baseball Photographer | Little League World Series

This is a bit of a personal post…again.   A few weeks ago I posted about it being the summer of baseball, again. If you missed it, you can find that here. That was the end of what was step one of all the craziness.  We won our district tournament on July 13, 2019 (coincidently that is also my wedding anniversary).  We have since played and won in two other tournaments and now we are headed to the Little League World Series.  This is HUGE! The #BigRedMachine is now the #BigYellowMachine! I think all of my years as a NOVA baseball photographer as finally prepared me for what is about to happen.  Baseball fan or not, this is what a lot of little boy dreams are made of.  My sweet boy is about to live his first of what I hope are MANY dreams.  We are beyond thrilled to be there and support him.

This is the first time in 25 years that Virginia has sent a team to the World Series.  These boys have worked hard!  They deserve it and we are thrilled to take the time from work, school and our lives to support the heck out of them.  If you are a baseball fan, check out the schedule.  We are SouthEast.  You can find everything you need to know about the world series by going to the Little League World Series page.  To say I am a proud mama is an understatement.  We are spending the summer with some amazing families and no matter what, our boys have done a HUGE thing.  Let’s go, Southeast!!
