One of my favorite parts of this job (other than taking photos) is talking to the families that come to see me and getting to know them a little better.  It helps them become at ease with me and it also gives me a small glimpse into their lives.  This sweet couple met when they were young.  They fell in love, got married and 10 years later (YES, 10!) had this beautiful little boy.  According to this little guy’s grandma, no one thought they would have kiddos. What a huge surprise it was when they announced to their families they were pregnant with the sweetest little boy. He was super sleepy when we arrived and barely moved during his session.  So content to snuggle in to any position and even smiled a few times.  I see a lot of babies throughout the year. Every once in a while I see one that makes me wish for a minute I could have more.
