Ten Years Ago | Northern Virginia Family Photographer

Ten years ago these two wonderful people said , “I do”.  I didn’t know them then but I am blessed to call them friends now.  Melissa and I met because her oldest and my middle were in the same Kindergarten class together.  It also turned out our girls are the same age too.  We bonded over kiddos, wine, and hanging at the pool. Now we spend lots of time together.  I was thrilled when she asked me to do a photo shoot for their anniversary.  They didn’t have a formal photographer at their wedding but do have a wedding portrait on their wall taken by a family member.  I will tell you this, they haven’t really aged much, just expanded with three beautiful children.   We had fun this morning just taking a few photos and being silly.   Happy Anniversary, Mike and Melissa!! I hope I can take photos again when you reach your 20th anniversary.
